Leonor Figueras is the co-founder, owner & CFO of Evo Air in South Florida. One of the leading specialists in the heating & air conditioning industry. Evo’s main focus is improving indoor air quality, delivering an outstanding customer experience & bringing innovation in the latest HVAC technologies to its customer’s.

Leonor has over 20 years of experience in working with mechanical contractors providing H/R resources, Accounting, Office Mgmt. & seeing thru day-to-day operations in the HVAC industry.

“I started out like most people in the industry, from the bottom up. I started working as a receptionist for Airtech Air Conditioning, a fellow contractor & continued with them for over 5 years till I ended up in the accounting department. Where I oversaw A/P, payroll, & collections. I had the pleasure of assisting different departments and learned so much over the years. Such as dispatching, purchasing & the ins & outs of a service department.

“I was also lucky enough to meet the love of my life there, Chris Figueras who was the service manager at the time & it was love at first sight! A few years later, marriage, 2 kids & a business, here we are.  Together we make a powerhouse team & together is how we have done it. “

Evo Air opened in 2011 and has been growing ever since. Her company is a proud partner of the Local Union 725, member of the Mechanical Contractors Association, member of BNI  & is certified by the WBENC, which recognizes women owned, operated, & controlled business.

Being a mother of two girls it’s important to her to instill solid core values into their belief system. To know that being women can be very empowering, challenging, & gratifying all at once. Juggling the business, home, kids & everything else in between is more satisfying & rewarding than she could have ever expected. Leonor truly feels a sense of accomplishment in her life & feels truly blessed.
